5.2 Session Availability

All group and individual sessions are subject to instructor availability and platform scheduling. We make reasonable efforts to maintain published schedules but do not guarantee that specific sessions will be held at any particular time. Session details may change with reasonable prior notice.

5.3 Learning Outcomes

While we strive to deliver high-quality educational experiences, Dhark Veltex does not guarantee any specific learning outcome, grade, employment result, or skill acquisition as a result of using the platform. Success depends significantly on individual effort and engagement.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Pricing

All fees for courses, sessions, and subscriptions are displayed on the platform and are subject to change. Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at the point of purchase. Confirmed purchases reflect the pricing valid at the time of transaction.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

6.3 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted to help@dharkveltex.com within 7 days of the original purchase date. Refunds may not be available for:

Courses or sessions that have been partially or fully accessed
Promotional or discounted purchases unless otherwise stated
Downloadable materials that have already been accessed

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our criteria, and all decisions made by our team are final.
